We are looking for university graduates or students of all disciplines with convincing academic achievements, experienced consultants from other management consulting firms and young professionals from the mobility and logistics industry.

In addition to strong analytical skills, you should have a high level of initiative combined with the desire to take on responsibility, as well as a sound command of both English and German for communication in an international environment. Application Process

Before embarking on a structured application process, it is worthwhile to have a good idea of everyday working life at OakTree and to gain an impression of your future team colleagues. Since such a picture can only be conveyed online to a very limited extent, we are happy to offer you an informal preliminary interview with one of our team members.

  • Online application

  • Online test and remote interview

    Once we have reviewed your written application documents, we will invite you to a short online test of your quantitative skills and an initial interview via video conference. In the initial interview, we would like to get to know you better and test your problem-solving skills in a typical case study. At the same time, we offer you the opportunity to get to know us even better through your questions.

  • Personal interviews and contract conclusion

    After a successful initial interview, we will invite you to the decisive application round with two personal interviews with our partners and project managers. If you are successful, you will receive a job offer from us on the same day.

Description

As a  Visiting Associate, you will gain initial experience during a two to three month internship. The focus here is on actively getting to know the day-to-day work of a consultant: from day one you will be given your own tasks, which you will work on in collaboration with our clients and under the guidance of a consultant colleague.

From the very beginning, you will work with our clients as a fully-fledged member of the team. Through intensive coaching, you will learn the consulting basics “on the job”. At the same time, you will complete a customised training programme designed to systematically develop your analytical, professional, and social skills. After two years, you have the opportunity to receive support from us for your Master’s degree.

Description

As an Engagement Manager, you are the main contact person for our clients for all questions relating to an on-site project.
